These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://brennaengineering.com (the "Website") and all enquiries, quotations, orders and communications (including on WhatsApp) with BRENNA Engineering Solutions ("BRENNA", "we", "us" or "our").
BRENNA is a wholesaler and supply partner for industrial pumps, including fire fighting pumps, hydropneumatic systems, horizontal monobloc pumps, sewage pumps, heat pumps, sludge recirculation pumps, vertical inline multistage pumps, horizontal multistage pumps, pressure booster systems and related accessories, with supply coordination across India.

2. Use of the Website
The Website is for business information and enquiries about industrial pumping products. You must be at least 18 years old, or acting on behalf of a business, to use it.
You agree to provide true and accurate information in any enquiry or order.
You must not misuse the Website, including by attempting unauthorised access, introducing malware, scraping content in bulk, sending spam, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the Website at any time without notice.
3. Product information
- Product descriptions, images, flow and head ranges, and catalogues on the Website are for general guidance only. Specifications may change without notice by the manufacturer.
- Images are representative. The actual product may differ in colour, finish or accessories.
- Catalogues and datasheets of brand partners are the property of their respective manufacturers and are shared for reference.
- Listing a product on the Website is not a promise that it is in stock or available.
4. Enquiries and quotations
- Submitting an enquiry through the Website, phone, email or WhatsApp is a request for information and does not create a contract.
- Our quotations are based on the duty details you share (flow, head, liquid, temperature, operating hours, site and material needs). If these details are incomplete or incorrect, the recommendation and price may change.
- Unless stated otherwise, a quotation is valid for [15] days from its date and is subject to stock availability and manufacturer price changes.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclusive of GST, freight, insurance, installation, unloading and any other charges unless the quotation clearly includes them.
5. Orders
- An order is confirmed only when we accept your written purchase order or advance payment and send an order confirmation by email or WhatsApp.
- We may decline or cancel an order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, manufacturer discontinuation, or incomplete information. Any advance received for a cancelled order will be refunded.
- Customised, made-to-order or specially procured items cannot be cancelled once the order is placed with the manufacturer.
6. Payment
- Payment terms will be as stated in the quotation or proforma invoice, for example [advance payment / percentage advance with balance before dispatch / agreed credit terms].
- Payments must be made only to the bank account in BRENNA Engineering Solutions' name shown on our official invoice. Please verify bank details by phone before any first payment. We are not responsible for payments made to any other account.
- Delayed payments may attract interest as stated in the invoice and as permitted by law, and may result in dispatch being held.
7. Delivery
- Delivery timelines shared by us are estimates based on manufacturer and transporter schedules and are not guaranteed.
- Unless agreed otherwise, risk in the goods passes to you when they are handed to the transporter or collected by you.
- Please inspect goods on delivery. Any visible damage or shortage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us within [48 hours] with photographs.
- We are not liable for delays caused by transporters, manufacturers, strikes, weather, government restrictions or other events outside our control.
8. Warranty
- Products are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty, on the terms set by that manufacturer. BRENNA will help coordinate warranty claims with the manufacturer.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect selection data supplied by the customer, improper installation, dry running, voltage fluctuation, unsuitable liquid or media, lack of maintenance, unauthorised repair or normal wear and tear.
- BRENNA does not give any additional warranty beyond the manufacturer's warranty unless agreed in writing.
9. Returns and cancellations
- Goods once sold are not returnable, except where they are delivered damaged, defective on arrival, or different from the confirmed order, and this is reported within [48 hours] of delivery.
- Approved returns must be unused, in original packing, with the invoice. We will repair, replace or issue a credit note or refund at our option, after inspection by us or the manufacturer.
- Customised, made-to-order and specially procured items are not returnable.
10. Selection support and customer responsibility
- Our engineering and selection support is advisory and based on the information you provide. Final selection, suitability for the site, installation, commissioning and compliance with local codes (including fire safety approvals) remain the responsibility of the customer and their consultant or contractor.
- Installation should be carried out by qualified personnel, following the manufacturer's manual.
11. Limitation of liability
- To the extent permitted by law, BRENNA's total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the price paid for that product.
- BRENNA is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of production, profit, business, water or downtime, arising from the use or failure of any product.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
12. Force majeure
We are not responsible for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, fire, flood, pandemic, war, strikes, transport disruption, manufacturer shortages or government action.
13. WhatsApp and electronic communications
- BRENNA uses the WhatsApp Business Platform (provided by Meta) on +91 72900 67469 to answer enquiries, share quotations, catalogues and datasheets, confirm orders, send dispatch and delivery updates, payment reminders and support messages.
- By messaging us on WhatsApp, or by sharing your number and agreeing to receive updates, you consent to receive these messages. Promotional messages are sent only with your consent.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or by emailing sales.brennaengineering@gmail.com. Opting out of promotional messages will not stop messages needed to complete an order you have placed, unless you ask us to use another channel.
- Some replies may be automated. A member of our team is available on request during working hours.
- Quotations, order confirmations and updates sent by us on WhatsApp or email are valid business communications. Prices, specifications or commitments shared in chat are binding only when confirmed in a quotation, proforma invoice or order confirmation.
- Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's own terms of service and privacy policy. Standard data charges from your network provider may apply.
- Do not send passwords, OTPs, or card or bank login details over WhatsApp. BRENNA will never ask for them.
14. Intellectual property and third-party brands
- The BRENNA name, logo, Website design and original content belong to BRENNA Engineering Solutions. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
- Brand names, logos, product names and catalogues of manufacturers and partners shown on the Website belong to their respective owners. Their use on the Website is only to identify products we supply and does not mean ownership by BRENNA.
15. Third-party links
The Website may link to third-party websites, documents or apps, including WhatsApp and manufacturer catalogues. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify BRENNA against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Website, or incorrect information you provide for product selection.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, the Website or any order.
